How much does the floristry correspondence course cost?

On the the top of this page we have an Online Brochure that you can download and print out, or if you prefer read it online at this web site. For your convenience you can enrol online by filling in the enrollment form on our secure server. We will e-mail you with confirmation of your enrollment. The course will then be sent to you and you can start creating beautiful floral designs the professional way.

By enrolling now we will also send you a copy of our Free Book Professional Floristry Techniques and a presentation folder containing instructions for modern freestyle designs. The step-by-step lessons are very easy to follow and the course also includes hundreds of floristry tips and techniques.

You will learn to create many different types of floral designs including corsages, baskets, posies, bowl arrangements, gift boxes, funeral tributes and bridal designs you will learn to create throughout the course.

QUESTION 3:
Is your course recognised ?
ANSWER:
Yes – our school is a member of the International Approval and Registration Centre  (IARC). Floral Art School of Australia and International Floral Design School was established in 1972. With over 40 years in the floristry industry we have had many students in Australia and in other countries around the world. We have students who have gone on to open their own florist business, find a position in a florist shop or work from home. Other students enrol in the course for their own enjoyment and personal satisfaction.

QUESTION 4:
Will I be able to get a position in a florist shop?
ANSWER:
We have students who have found a position in a florist shop. To work in a shop you should be to be able to make up attractive floral designs and be a fairly quick worker.   A  career in floristry is fully explained in the Second Term Manual of the Floristry Course.

QUESTION 5:
How long does it take to complete the course?
ANSWER:
You have up to eighteen months to complete the full correspondence course of three terms. You can also complete the course in much less time as you work at your own pace.  When you finish one lesson you can start the next. One of the advantages of the Floristry Correspondence Course is that you can work at a time that suits you best in the comfort of your own home.

What kind of support will I get?
ANSWER:
We are here to help you.  We will work with you personally on a one-to-one basis.  You e-mail or post in photos of your lessons and we  will advise you on your progress and offering helpful suggestions if needed. You can contact us with any questions you have during the course and we will be happy to answer them for you.
