The benefits of flower arranging are many –
Flower arranging is creative and fun
- Relaxing – arranging flowers can be a great stress reducer
- Interesting – there are many different designs you can create
- By learning a new skill you will have a sense of achievement
- You will save money by creating your own flower arrangements.
Many of our students initially enrol in the flower arranging course for their own enjoyment so they can arrange flowers for their own home or for family and friends.
Our students tell us how much they enjoy the course and it can give you a wonderful feeling when you receive compliments about your floral designs.
You can also earn extra income by starting a part time florist business from home. You will have the pleasure of being creative, doing something you love and bringing pleasure to others all at the same time.
One of the benefits of a home-based business is that the overheads are low and you can start in a small way with a minimum amount of stock.
The Floral Art School of Australia and International Floral Design School Floristry Correspondence Course consists of three terms. (30 Practical Lessons)
Each term has 10 step-by-step practical lessons that are very easy to follow. The course includes a large floristry manual for each term and the floristry supplies such as bowls, baskets, foam, ribbon, wire and tape for your practical lessons.
Online Video Lessons – each practical lesson is online so you can see the actual lesson being made using a variety of different flowers and colours. It will be just like being in the floristry classroom. You will have lifetime access to these videos and you can always go and view them again during and after you have completed the course.
You will learn to create many different flower arrangements following the step-by-step instructions throughout the floristry course.
